Enterprise Project Management (EPM), is a common term used by organizations which refers to the management of existing Projects and the selection process for managing the demand of future projects called a Portfolio. Our consultants work with you to deliver a platform which manages and supports your business processes and frameworks. Our engagements start with a readiness assessment and assisting with the organization change management through to implementation, reporting solutions and systems integrations.
Support
We provide a range of EPM support arrangements. Our consultants work both on site and off site for fixed term engagements and on a pre-paid basis. Support also includes joining our internal Cellos Tech Systems EPM community group “Cellos Tech Tracker”. This group is designed to provide clients with the latest information in relation to Microsoft EPM and to share knowledge and experiences with others.
Training
The key to a successful EPM solution is to ensure all users have the knowledge and skill to leverage the benefits of an enterprise project management platform. Our training offerings include both onsite and offsite classroom led sessions. Our training includes all EPM roles, MS Project Scheduling and SharePoint platform collaboration.
